Exchange Policy

Our Exchange Policy: How Long Is It Valid?

If you wish to return an item purchased from our online store, we are pleased to offer an exchange, provided the product is in a fully resalable condition. Returns should be made within a reasonable time frame, typically 20 days, and must include the original, undamaged packaging along with the invoice. If the product is not returned in a resalable condition, we reserve the right to deny the exchange. We will refund the delivery charge if the goods are incorrect, damaged, or faulty.

Returns can be made through the following methods:

Returns via Courier Collection

1. Complete our online form with the following details.

  • Order and stock number
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you wish to refund or replace your item

2. We will email you with further instructions and arrange for a courier to collect the product you wish to return. This service is free of charge if the goods are incorrect, damaged, or faulty.

Returns via the Main Gunamini Gem and Jewellery Pvt Ltd Store

1. Take the dispatch note and the product you wish to return or exchange to the main store.
2. Inform the sales assistant that you bought the item online.

Exchanges

If you prefer to exchange products, you can do so at the Gunamini Gem and Jewellery Pvt Ltd main store. For assistance, contact us at our HOTLINE +94 772 005 852 between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m., Sunday to Saturday, 7 days a week. We will not release the exchanged product until the original product has been received. However, we can reserve the product to ensure you receive your preferred item. A delivery charge will apply unless the goods are incorrect, damaged, or faulty.

When returning goods that were purchased with a discount or special offer, the discount/offer will no longer apply. Any free promotional gift received with an order must also be returned if you are returning the goods.

Products We Cannot Refund or Exchange

We cannot accept returns for the following goods, except as required by your statutory rights: personalized items, goods made to a customer’s specifications, and accessories.

Delivery Charges

We will refund your original delivery charge if a product is faulty or damaged, but not if a product is simply unwanted.

Changing or Cancelling an Order

If you wish to change or cancel an order, contact our online Customer Service Officer at +94 772 005 852 between 9 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., Monday to Friday. Please have your order number and date of order ready. If your products have already been delivered, you will need to follow our returns procedure.
